Subconscious pattern clearing

You already know your patterns.
Knowing hasn’t fixed them.

Therapy explained it. Meditation calmed it. The books gave it a name. And the pattern is still running — because it lives in the 95% of the mind that doesn’t read books. We work with that part directly: fully awake, in plain sentences, testing the result as we go.

NO TRANCE · NO YEARS OF TALK · NO BELIEF REQUIRED
Do you recognize one of these?

Different circumstances. Different people.
Same result.

That repetition is not bad luck, and it isn’t a character flaw. It’s the fingerprint of a pattern running below awareness — and it stays until it’s specifically addressed.

PATTERN / 01

The verdict

You reread the text five times before sending it. You apologize when someone bumps into you. When anything goes wrong within fifty feet, part of you quietly checks whether it was your fault. Underneath runs a rule you never agreed to: “if I’m not perfect, I’m in trouble.” Notice: you’ve never once been told what the trouble is. You’ve just spent a lifetime making sure you never find out.

PATTERN / 02

Liked, not chosen

You’re the one they vent to about the person they chose instead. The one who covers the shift, keeps the peace, gets described as “so easy to be around.” Liked by everyone — somehow picked by no one. Underneath: “as I am isn’t enough — I earn my place by being what they need.” So you keep earning. And what you actually want keeps going to people who never applied.

PATTERN / 03

The other shoe

Good news arrives and you’re already calculating what it will cost. The quiet week feels like a trap. You check — the locks, the balance, their tone — not because something’s wrong, but because nothing is. Underneath: “the hit comes the moment I relax.” So the one thing you never do, in a life built entirely around staying safe, is feel safe.

You’ve already tried the reasonable things

None of it was wrong.
It was aimed at the wrong place.

Therapy & depth work

Talk, somatic, Jungian, depth psychology — the complexes, the shadow, the whole cartography of the psyche, beautifully mapped. And mapping is what it did: you became a more aware, more compassionate, stronger version of the same self. Not a different one. The pattern kept running — because understanding a thing and changing it turned out to be two different jobs.

Meditation

Gave you calmer weather. The climate didn’t change. Open your eyes, step back into your life, and the same programs execute on schedule.

Affirmations

Gave you a nicer argument — with a part of you that was never listening. Saying “I am confident” to a system holding decades of contrary evidence isn’t a rewrite. It’s a wish, filed against a verdict.

Psychedelics

Peak states. Unconscious material you’d never have found on your own. Real expansion. Stanislav Grof said psychedelics would be for psychiatry “what the microscope is for biology… or the telescope is for astronomy” — and that’s both the gift and the limit: instruments of observation. A microscope can find the infection. It can’t treat it. And the looking isn’t free — taxing, arduous, wild, unpredictable journeys to see material that, once seen, is still there in the morning. Awareness reveals. It doesn’t erase. Even the field’s greatest elder reported the same result: after decades of psychedelics, India, a guru, and nineteen years of meditation, Ram Dass took inventory — “as far as I can see I haven’t gotten rid of one neurosis. Not one.” The full fifty-year record: The elders came down.

Discipline

Worked — for about three weeks at a time. Willpower runs on the 5%. The pattern runs on the 95%. That fight was never fair, and losing it was never a character flaw.

Every one of these either talks to the conscious mind — the part of you that already agrees the pattern should go — or shows the unconscious to it. But seeing the code isn’t editing the code. The pattern lives in the part that was never asked. That’s the part this work talks to.

A note from the practitioner

I didn’t come to this work as a believer.
I came as the person nothing had worked on.

Before this method, I tried more or less everything with a name. EFT. TAT. EMDR. AIT and half the energy-psychology alphabet. Somatic therapy. Hawkins’ letting go. The Sedona Method. More than twenty-five plant-medicine journeys. None of it was wasted — by the end I was about as psychologically integrated as a person can get. I understood my material. I could sit with anything. I had compassion and acceptance for all of it.

And I was still on a sinking ship. Same programming deciding what I did, what I cared about, how I saw the world and myself. Existential dread, regret about the past, producing nowhere near what I knew I was capable of. The plant medicine could show me the unconscious material — a dome around my life I’d been living inside, like a glass jar — but showing isn’t removing. On my twenty-first journey, a childhood scene arrived with every feeling intact, exactly as it was stored — as if twenty journeys of sitting with it, not resisting it, surrendering to whatever my psyche brought, had never happened. And it wasn’t just the old material holding on. Every journey surfaced more. New rooms of unprocessed garbage, every single time. An endless ocean of it.

Run the math on that. If twenty-one full-surrender journeys deep, the ocean is still producing new trauma to process, then one of two things is true. Either healing is a lifetime occupation — a full-time job where the next retreat, the next modality, the next “thing” finally fixes you, forever one purchase away — or something is wrong with the picture. I spent over $120,000 across those years finding out. Awareness had gone as far as awareness goes — and processing material one felt experience at a time, while the warehouse restocks itself, isn’t a path. It’s a subscription.

That was the honest limit of every tool I owned: each one made me a less traumatized version of myself — stronger, wiser, more aware, more accepting — and underneath it all, the same flawed code, still creating the same chaos. Still suffering, just with better company. The growth was real. The operating system never changed. What none of them had was a way to actually delete the material: memory stays, charge gone — not “I’ve made peace with it,” but as if it never happened.

If that’s your story too — years of sincere work, real growth, and somehow chaos still runs the show; calmer storms, better language for them, and the same code quietly producing the same outcomes no matter how aware of it you become — you’re not doing it wrong, and you’re not rare. Nearly everyone doing this work honestly ends up exactly here, because every tool on the menu strengthens and soothes the self instead of editing what it runs on. It isn’t a you problem. It’s a tool problem. And it turns out it has a solution.

Inner Influencing was the first tool that started genuinely clearing it instead of helping me befriend it. Less understanding my self — more becoming my Self. That difference is why this practice exists. And it’s the difference you’ll test for yourself, on your own material, on the intro call.

The mechanism

Your conscious mind is the screen.
Your subconscious is the operating system.

Most change work — goal setting, affirmations, mindset, even years of talk — happens on the screen. You can rearrange those icons forever. If the operating system is running code that says “good things don’t last” or “success isn’t safe,” the OS wins. Every time.

That code wasn’t written by you. It was installed early — before you could evaluate it — and it has been executing ever since, disguised as your own thoughts, your own choices, your “personality.”

Understanding a pattern and changing it are two different processes. Insight doesn’t rewrite code. This work does one thing: it communicates with the system that’s running the pattern, in the format it actually responds to — and the pattern stops being generated at the source.

“The subconscious mind is only that part of the mind that we refuse to look at.”
— Lester Levenson, the physicist who edited his own code in 1952

Not a metaphor. A second intelligence —
and it built the room you’re standing in.

MECHANISM / 01

Its own entity

There is a system in you that processes millions of bits per second, decides before “you” are consulted — researchers can detect choices forming in the brain before people report making them — and hasn’t taken a day off since before you could speak. It learns, it predicts, it protects, it remembers everything. You’ve been calling its outputs “me.”

MECHANISM / 02

The install window

From birth to roughly age seven, the brain runs in the same wave-state hypnotherapists use to implant suggestion. No filter, no skepticism — nothing yet built that can say “I don’t accept that.” The tones, the tensions, the rules of your first house went straight in as operating truth. You didn’t learn your programming. You absorbed it wholesale, before you could object to a word of it.

MECHANISM / 03

The glass jar

It doesn’t show you the world. It renders one — selecting, from everything available, the sliver that matches its files, and discarding the rest. Live inside that render long enough and it stops feeling like a perspective. It feels like reality. That’s the jar: a belief system is invisible to the person holding it — it never announces itself as a belief. It presents as the truth.

MECHANISM / 04

The “you” it wrote

Your preferences, your humor, what you chase, what you avoid, “just how I am” — much of it is an archive of adaptations: strategies a small person invented to stay safe in one specific house, still executing decades after the house is gone. The jar doesn’t just filter what you see. It manufactured the self doing the looking.

MECHANISM / 05

The defense system

Its one directive: keep you alive — and it defines alive as “whatever you’ve already survived.” So change itself reads as threat, and it defends: the vanished motivation, the fight picked the night before the big day, the “being realistic” that arrives precisely at the edge of a breakthrough. The cruelest feature is the disguise — the interference presents as your own thoughts. You never feel stopped. You feel like you changed your mind.

MECHANISM / 06

Why it always wins

Millions of bits against fifty. That’s the real matchup every time willpower squares off with programming — and why insight, discipline, and self-knowledge lose so reliably: they all play on the fifty side. You cannot out-argue, out-work, or out-understand a system that isn’t listening on that channel. There’s exactly one move that isn’t doomed: communicating with it in the format it responds to. That is the entire premise of this work.

What working together looks like

One-on-one, by video. You stay fully awake the entire time — no trance, no visualization marathons, nothing to practice for months before it “starts working.” If a session works, you feel it in the session.

Locate the pattern

We find where the same wall keeps showing up — and trace it past the surface story to the specific material holding it in place. Most people are surprised by what’s actually underneath.

Address it directly

Using precise, plain-language statements, we work with the part of your mind that runs the pattern — not the part that talks about it. You’ll feel the shifts as they happen.

Verify it’s gone

The test is simple: think of the thing that used to hit you, and notice what’s there. The goal isn’t coping better. It’s the charge no longer existing to cope with.

The intro call is free, twenty minutes, and it isn’t a pitch. You bring one pattern; we work on it live. By the end you’ll have felt how this operates on your own material — and you’ll decide from your own reaction, not our promises.

Which pattern is running you?

Eight questions. No email required to see your result. Answer with your gut — the first response is usually the accurate one.

Questions

The questions everyone asks first

Is this hypnosis?

No. There is no trance, no altered state, no closing your eyes and going anywhere. You are fully awake and conversational the entire session. The method works by communicating with the subconscious directly — it turns out no trance was ever required, just the right format.

Is this therapy?

No, and it doesn’t replace it. Therapy builds understanding and support, and it has real value. This work does something narrower and different: it addresses the stored material generating a pattern, directly. Many clients do both. If you are in crisis or managing a clinical condition, please work with a licensed professional — this is not medical or mental-health treatment.

Do I have to believe in this for it to work?

No. Skeptics do notably well here, because the method doesn’t run on belief — it runs on doing the process and checking the result. The only test that matters: think of the thing that used to hit you, and notice whether it still does.

How many sessions does it take?

Honest answer: it depends on the size of what we’re working on. A single specific pattern can move noticeably in one to three sessions. A pattern that has organized decades of your life is more like a series. What we don’t do is open-ended, years-long work — each session targets something specific, and you can check for yourself what shifted.

What kinds of patterns does this work on?

The repeating ones: relationship cycles, income ceilings, self-sabotage near success, chronic worry and bracing, procrastination on the one thing that matters, the almost-but-not-quite pattern, and the quiet ones — like never being able to relax, even when everything is fine.

Who is behind this?

Sessions are conducted one-on-one by an independent practitioner of the Inner Influencing® method, created by Paul Greblick over 40+ years and more than 1,000 private sessions worldwide. The note above — the person nothing had worked on — is the practitioner’s own story. The practice operates under the Consciousness Technologies name; the intro call is where you meet the human.

The part you came here for

The pattern doesn’t need you to understand it.
It needs to be cleared.

Twenty minutes, free, no pressure. Bring the wall you keep hitting.

Run this test first Think of something that reliably gets to you — a person, a situation, a worry that keeps coming back. Rate how hard it hits, zero to ten. Keep the number. That’s the pattern we’ll work on live during your intro call — and at the end, you’ll rate it again yourself. Your number decides. Not our promises.
